Once approved, we’ll provide return shipping instructions. Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service
• Include your return authorization form in the package

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refund issued to your original payment method
• You’ll receive email confirmation

Refund Timeline & Methods

We process refunds with the same care we put into selecting our New Accessories and New Shoes collections:

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
• Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
• Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days for bank processing
• Refund Amount: Full item price (excluding original shipping costs)

Exchange Process

Prefer a different size or style? We make exchanges easy:

• Exchange for any available item in our collections
• Price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
• Follow the same return process above
• Specify your desired exchange item in your return request

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the quality and hygiene of our fashion items, we cannot accept returns for:

• Items without original tags attached
• Worn, washed, or damaged items
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Intimate apparel for hygiene reasons

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? We’re here to help!

• Include photos of the damaged item
• We’ll arrange a free return and replacement
